Service Description
Desktop PC update and configuration service for BIOS or UEFI firmware, motherboard drivers, graphics drivers, chipset drivers, and other appropriate system firmware or drivers. Includes identification of applicable manufacturer updates, installation of appropriate updates, restart procedures, and basic post-update verification. Firmware updates carry inherent risk, including the possibility of hardware becoming unusable if an update is interrupted or fails. Detail Freak follows reasonable manufacturer procedures but cannot guarantee against manufacturer defects, power interruption, pre-existing instability, or firmware failure. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
