Service Description
Installation or replacement of a compatible desktop processor, CPU cooler, or both. Includes removal of the existing cooler when necessary, appropriate CPU installation when included in the job, thermal interface preparation, thermal paste application, cooler installation, fan or pump connection, startup verification, and basic temperature monitoring. CPU, cooler, mounting hardware, and other parts are not included. Motherboard BIOS compatibility should be confirmed before upgrading a processor. BIOS updates or troubleshooting may result in additional charges if significant additional work is required. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
