One-on-one desktop PC parts consultation for customers planning a new computer or major upgrade. Includes discussion of intended use, target performance, approximate budget, component compatibility, upgrade priorities, and a recommended parts direction. Suitable for gaming PCs, everyday desktop computers, productivity systems, and general-purpose custom PCs. Hardware prices and availability change frequently, so exact part pricing is not guaranteed after the consultation. The consultation does not include physical assembly or purchased components. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
