Service Description
Transfer of standard customer files between accessible desktop PC storage devices or from an old desktop PC to a replacement desktop PC. Suitable for common files such as documents, pictures, videos, downloads, and other accessible personal files. Base price covers a standard migration. Very large data sets, failing storage devices, unusual file structures, multiple drives, or extended transfer times may require additional charges. Programs generally cannot simply be copied and may need to be reinstalled. This is not an advanced data-recovery service. Customers should maintain independent backups of important files whenever possible. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
