Service Description
Installation of a customer-supplied or Detail Freak-sourced desktop PC hardware upgrade. Suitable for straightforward component upgrades such as expansion cards, storage devices, memory, case fans, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth cards, and similar desktop components. Includes physical installation, basic cable connection, startup verification, and basic functionality testing when appropriate. Complex installations such as CPU replacement, motherboard replacement, advanced cooling systems, extensive troubleshooting, or major system rebuilding may require a different service or additional labor. Customer-supplied parts are accepted. If Detail Freak is asked to purchase parts, the cost of the parts must be paid before they are ordered. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
