Service Description
Installation or replacement of desktop computer memory (RAM). Includes installation of compatible RAM modules, proper seating, startup verification, recognition check within the system, and basic memory configuration verification when applicable. RAM is not included in the service price. Customers may supply their own compatible memory or request that Detail Freak source compatible parts. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Compatibility issues, defective memory, motherboard problems, and extensive troubleshooting may require a diagnostic service. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
