Service Description
Installation or replacement of a desktop graphics card. Includes removal of the existing GPU when applicable, installation of the replacement graphics card, required power connections, physical fitment verification, startup testing, and basic driver installation or verification. The graphics card is not included. The customer is responsible for having a compatible case, motherboard, and power supply. Compatibility can be reviewed before installation if needed. Additional troubleshooting, power supply replacement, BIOS work, or cable modifications may require additional labor. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
