Service Description
Initial setup and configuration of a new or freshly reset Windows desktop PC. May include Windows setup, Windows updates, appropriate manufacturer drivers, basic security settings, browser setup, removal of reasonable unwanted preinstalled software, basic user preferences, and general readiness verification. Paid software, software licenses, account passwords, subscriptions, data migration, and specialized application configuration are not included unless arranged separately. Desktop PCs only. Customer must bring the computer to Detail Freak.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
