Service Description
Installation of a compatible SSD, NVMe drive, SATA SSD, or desktop hard drive. Includes physical installation, appropriate internal connections, basic BIOS or Windows recognition verification, and basic drive initialization when requested. This service does not automatically include cloning an existing drive, transferring large amounts of customer data, Windows installation, or advanced data recovery. Storage device is not included. Customers may provide their own compatible drive or have Detail Freak source one. Parts sourced by Detail Freak require payment before ordering. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
