Service Description
Clean installation or reinstallation of a supported Windows operating system on a desktop PC. Includes Windows installation, basic initial configuration, available Windows updates, essential motherboard or device drivers, and basic startup verification. A valid Windows license or activation entitlement may be required and is not included unless specifically purchased. Customer files should be backed up before service. A clean operating system installation can erase existing data depending on the selected installation method. Data backup, data transfer, software licensing, paid applications, account recovery, and advanced troubleshooting are separate services when required. Desktop PCs only.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please bring the complete desktop PC and any requested parts or accessories. Parts sourced by Detail Freak must be paid for before ordering. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before service.
