Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Online rescheduling is not available. If you need to move your appointment, please contact us directly. Please choose the correct vehicle size when booking. Incorrect vehicle size, excessive pet hair, heavy staining, excessive trash, or severe vehicle condition may require added time and additional charges. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit, if applicable.
