Information you share

When you contact Detail Freak or request an appointment, you may provide your name, email, phone number, appointment details, and information about your PC or vehicle. If you send photos or messages, those are part of your inquiry too.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive files through booking questions, texts, or email.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to questions, review appointment requests, discuss quotes, arrange and provide service, and follow up about the work. Service communications can include confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

Booking, calendar & communication providers

Appointment links take you to Cal.com. The information you enter there is handled by Cal.com and made available to Detail Freak for scheduling and service. Confirmed appointments use a connected Apple calendar, and relevant event details may be included in confirmation messages and calendar invitations.

Calls and texts are handled through Google Voice, and business email through iCloud Mail. Those providers process communications under their own policies. Links to their information: Cal.com privacy, Apple privacy, and Google privacy.

Website hosting & measurements

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, page requests, security events, and performance measurements. Cloudflare may also measure page views and loading performance.

The site's own code does not include advertising trackers, set cookies, or store your booking details in your browser. Provider features, security checks, and the separate Cal.com booking page operate under their own policies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Web Analytics information.

Questions & information requests

Contact Detail Freak if you have a question about information you have shared or want to request a correction or deletion. Include enough detail to identify your inquiry or appointment; please do not email identity documents or passwords. Some information may need to remain in service or business records, and providers may keep information under their own policies.
